Overview: This Deckers Employee Service Awards Program is provided to certain eligible employees of Deckers Brands and Deckers Consumer Direct Corporation (“Deckers”) in recognition of their Service to the company. All users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user’s own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

Eligibility: Eligibility for the Deckers Employee Service Awards Program is limited to certain current Deckers employees in good standing. Service awards in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, transfer, or redemption of award is available after eligibility is severed.

Changes and Disputes: Deckers reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.

All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Deckers at its sole discretion.

Participant Enrollment: Each eligible employee is automatically enrolled in the Program and will use their employee ID number to gain access the Deckers Service award website. Upon initial login, participants may create their username and personal password.

Service Award Rewards: he earning and accumulation of your service award is determined based upon your eligible anniversary date with the company (i.e. 5, 10 or 15 years) and the final list is determined by the company criteria. These awards will be distributed at the sole discretion of Deckers.

Redemption of Award prize:

• Any service award prize not redeemed before termination or employee initiated separation will expire.
• Service award criteria may only be used to redeem merchandise from the online catalog. Awards are not redeemable for cash.
• The service award prize you accrue is not transferrable. You cannot transfer your award criteria to another eligible service award recipient. Service award prize does not constitute your property until it is redeemed and received by you. Your employee service award designation has no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.

Claiming a Reward:

• Deckers reserves the right to modify merchandise available in the Employee Service Awards Program On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
• You may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalog based upon the category that corresponds to your years of service.
• Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.

Statements of Employee Service Awards redeemed: This website provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as Deckers your service awards choices.

Termination of Program: Deckers reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed service awards prizes must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination of the program.

Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to redeem items from the Deckers Service Awards Online Catalog. Service award can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Reward Points Online Catalog.

Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating employee and not Deckers or any of its affiliates or agents. Deckers will report earnings under this program in accordance with Federal, state and local regulations.

Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the designated value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.

Privacy Notice: This website is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Deckers. The information collected on this website will be used by Deckers in connection with the Deckers Service Awards Program.
